When holding large online events not associated with a UVA course, you have several options.

• Events of up to 300 participants can be held in a standard Zoom meeting.
• UVA ITS can facilitate use of Zoom webinar licenses (at cost) for UVA events. Zoom webinars can accommodate up to 10,000 attendees. Contact [email protected] for more information.
• Microsoft Teams offers Teams Live Events at no additional cost for UVA users. These events can accommodate up to 10,000 attendees.
