In your virginia.zoom.us profile page, go to Recordings → Cloud Recordings. Select the blue title name of the recording you would like to download.

You can choose to download all files of that recording, which may include video, audio only, audio transcript, and/or chat file.

If you would only like to download one file--for example, the video file only--hover your mouse over that selection (the video description describes what type of recording it is by whether or not you used shared screen, speaker view, or gallery view), and you will see additional options appear. Click on the downward facing arrow to download your file to your computer.
