To enable VoiceThread in your Collab site, select Site Settings from the left-hand menu.

Click Manage Tools.

Scroll to the bottom and select "Plugin Tools." Check the box next to VoiceThread. Click Continue. On the next page, select Finish.

VoiceThread will now show up as a tool in your left-hand menu. Click on this tool to finish configuring it.

VoiceThread will open in a new tab and allow you to choose what view your students will see when they click the VoiceThread tool in Collab.

Course View--Students will be taken to a VoiceThread page housing all VoiceThreads for that course. If you plan to use VoiceThread regularly in your course, this may be the best option for you.

Individual VoiceThread--This will link to a single VoiceThread of your choice.

Home--This will take students to their own VoiceThread homepage. They will need to sift through all of their other content to find VoiceThreads from your course.

Assignment Builder--This will take students to a specific assignment you create.

VoiceThread is now set up and you can close your current tab and return to Collab.
